Welcome to Ceevify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ceevify website, application, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Ceevify ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Ceevify provides tools to help you generate, customize, and manage CVs and resumes tailored to specific job descriptions.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period or violate these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate using the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Ceevify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless necessary for resume generation.

4. AI-Generated Content

Ceevify may use AI technologies to help generate or improve CVs. While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated content may not always be correct, complete, or suitable for all purposes. You should review and edit all outputs before using them in any official capacity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful manner.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the CVs generated via the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceevify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, job opportunities, or reputation.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
